Return Policy (USA)

We accept returns from the United States.

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you can return unused and unopened products within 30 days of receiving your order, with no questions asked. Returns must be made via mail, as described below.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
  • The product must include all original tags and be in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase or a receipt is required for all returns.

How to Make a Return

  2. Return authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and provide detailed instructions on how and where to return the item.
  3. Return shipment: Packages returned without a prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or Incorrect Products: If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • Returns for Personal Reasons: If you ordered the wrong size, wrong item, or no longer want the item, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
    Note: We will provide a return shipping label in either case.

Damage and Problems

Please inspect your items immediately upon receiving them. If any product is found to be defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product so we can resolve the issue promptly.


What if the Product Is Defective?

If your product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will either:

  • Replace the item, or
  • Provide a full refund.

Exchange Policy

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process for the unwanted product, and then place a new order for the item you would prefer.


Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.
  • We do not cover any shipping fees unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
